National Level Workshop on
CAMPUS TO COMPANY
The "Campus to Company" webinar facilitated an insightful journey for students transitioning from
academic settings to corporate environments. The session was conducted by Alumnus of
Department Mr. Arpit Patel and Ms. Isha Shah who are successfully placed as Associate Consultant
at Mastek Ltd. Session commenced with an exploration of key skills and attributes sought by
employers, bridging the gap between educational experiences and workplace expectations. They
explained the key roles and the specific requirements for those roles which helped the aspiring
students to be clearer.
Q&A session enabled students to seek personalized advice on specific challenges they might face
during the transition. By the end of the webinar, students were equipped with practical strategies,
industry insights, and a heightened confidence to navigate the crucial shift from campus life to a
successful career in the corporate world.
