The National Level Workshop on Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was a comprehensive initiative
designed to empower students with advanced statistical knowledge. Led by expert facilitator Dr.
Richa Jadeja, the workshop delved into the theoretical underpinnings and practical applications of
SEM, a crucial method in social and behavioural sciences. Students engaged in hands-on exercises,
gaining proficiency in model specification, estimation, and interpretation, thereby enhancing their
ability to apply SEM effectively in their research endeavours.

By the conclusion of the event, students had acquired a robust foundation in Structural Equation
Modelling, enabling them to undertake sophisticated analysis and contribute to the advancement of
research in their respective fields.
