Life Skills Education Training
Day 2
The Department of Business Intelligence at BKSPMS successfully conducted a three-day National Level
Training on Life Skills Education in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society. On December 20,
2023, a dedicated team of four doctors from IRCS focused on empowering students with fundamental
knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations.
The training sessions featured practical simulations, providing students with the opportunity to
apply the acquired knowledge in realistic scenarios. Mock emergency situations were introduced
to challenge participants, allowing them to assess and respond appropriately, thereby reinforcing
their confidence in providing first aid. The interactive and immersive nature of the event
contributed to a deeper understanding of first aid principles, ensuring that students gained
valuable skills to handle emergencies with competence and assurance.
