Personality Development Sessions under Skill Enhancement Initiative Image Gallery
The Department of Business Intelligence, B. K. School of Professional and Management Studies, Gujarat University, organized a series of sessions on Personality Development as part of the Skill Enhancement initiative in alignment with the objectives of the National Education Policy 2020. The sessions aimed to equip students with essential soft skills required for personal and professional growth. Through these interactive sessions, students gained valuable insights into various aspects of personality development, including effective communication, professional behaviour, leadership qualities, confidence building, and interpersonal skills. The sessions were conducted by Dr. Ravi Rajai, Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Intelligence; Prof. Sunny Kumar, Assistant Professor at CPC; and Dr. Rachana Gandhi, Assistant Professor at KSSBM & IT. Their guidance and expertise provided students with practical perspectives on developing a well-rounded personality suited for the professional world. The series of sessions was organized under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Mamta Brahmbhatt, who served as the Organizing Secretary. The initiative proved to be highly beneficial for students, helping them enhance their confidence, communication abilities, and leadership potential.
