National Level Seminar on Advanced Data Analytics using Excel - Day 2 Image Gallery
The Department of Business Intelligence, BKSPMS, Gujarat University conducted Day Two of the National Level Seminar on Advanced Data Analytics using Excel, featuring an engaging and insightful session by Dr. Amish Soni (Assistant Professor, GLS University). Organized under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Mamta Brahmbhatt, Organizing Secretary and Head, DBI, the session focused on enhancing students’ understanding of essential statistical testing techniques used in analytical decision-making. Participants explored three key statistical functions—Z-Test, T-Test, and F-Test—and learned about their relevance in hypothesis testing, variance analysis, and comparative research. The hands-on Excel demonstrations enabled learners to perform these tests independently, interpret results accurately, and apply the findings in real-world data scenarios. This session significantly enriched the analytical skill set of the participants, further strengthening their capability to utilize Excel for advanced data analytics.
