National Level Seminar on Data Analytics using Snowflake Image Gallery
The Department of Business Intelligence, BKSPMS, Gujarat University, successfully organized a National Level Seminar on “Data Analytics Using Snowflake” on April 19, 2025. Designed exclusively for the department’s students, the seminar aimed to build a deeper understanding of modern data warehousing and cloud analytics. The session was led by Mr. Swapnil Vakharia, Senior Consultant, who provided an insightful and practical overview of Snowflake’s architecture, data sharing capabilities, and integration with business intelligence tools. He highlighted how Snowflake enables scalable, efficient, and real-time analytics in business environments. The seminar was conducted under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Mamta Brahmbhatt, Professor & Head of the Department, as the Organizing Secretary, and was coordinated by Prof. Noel Daliwala, Assistant Professor and TPO. The session saw enthusiastic participation from students, who engaged actively in discussions and queries. The interaction helped students connect theoretical knowledge with industry practices. It also introduced them to the importance of cloud platforms in today’s data-driven business world. The seminar served as a stepping stone towards developing practical, future-ready analytical skills. It reflected the department’s commitment to fostering industry-oriented learning.
