National Level Workshop on Fundamentals of International HR Image Gallery
The Department of Business Intelligence (DBI) at BKSPMS, Gujarat University, recently organized a National Level Workshop on Fundamentals of International HR. The workshop aimed to equip students with insights into global human resource practices, workforce diversity, and cross-cultural management. Prof. (Dr.) Mamta Brahmbhatt, Head of DBI, was the Organizing Secretary, while Prof. Khushboo Narang served as the Resource Person, delivering valuable insights on HR strategies in international contexts. The session drew inspiration from Mission Mangal, highlighting how effective leadership, teamwork, and strategic HR practices were pivotal in the success of India's Mars mission. The workshop emphasized the importance of collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in international HR scenarios. Through interactive activities and case studies, students gained a deeper understanding of managing HR functions across borders, preparing them for dynamic global workplaces.
