The Department of Business Intelligence (DBI) at BKSPMS, Gujarat University, recently organized a National Level Student Development Programme on Personality Development. The event aimed at enhancing students' self-awareness, communication skills, and confidence. Prof. (Dr.) Mamta Brahmbhatt, Head of DBI, served as the Organizing Secretary, ensuring the event’s seamless execution. Dr. Ravi Rajai was the Resource Person, delivering impactful insights on building a strong personality. The workshop emphasized the importance of writing as a tool for self-expression, critical thinking, and clear communication. Students were encouraged to practice structured and coherent writing to improve their articulation skills. Additionally, the session highlighted effective reading techniques such as skimming, scanning, and in-depth analysis. These skills enable students to comprehend complex texts, extract key information, and enhance their knowledge retention. Interactive activities and real-life scenarios helped participants apply these skills in both academic and professional contexts. The programme successfully equipped students with practical strategies to enhance their writing and reading proficiency, fostering their overall personality development.
