The Department of Business Intelligence at BKSPMS, Gujarat University, organized a National Level Student Development Programme on Personality Development on 25th March 2025. The event was led by Prof. (Dr.) Mamta Brahmbhatt as the Organizing Secretary, with Prof. Sunny Kumar as the Resource Person. The workshop covered soft skills development, emphasizing the importance of personal growth, adaptability, and handling life changes. Students learned strategies for time and stress management, including techniques to eliminate time wasters and reduce stress levels effectively. The session equipped students with practical skills to enhance their personal and professional effectiveness, preparing them for future challenges.
