The Department of Business Intelligence (DBI), BKSPMS, Gujarat University, successfully organized a National Level Seminar on Nutrition & Hair Science. The seminar provided an enriching platform for students, faculty, and experts to engage in meaningful discussions and activities. The event featured eminent resource persons, including Ms. Reena Lad, Faculty (Nutrition) from Orane International, and Mr. Akash Sen, Faculty (Hair Art) from Orane International. Under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Mamta Brahmbhatt, Professor & Head of DBI and Organizing Secretary, the seminar was a well-structured and impactful experience. Prof. Noel Daliwala, Assistant Professor & TPO, coordinated the event seamlessly. Participants greatly benefited from an interactive session on the significance of nutrition and its impact on hair health. The resource persons shared valuable insights into the importance of balanced diets and effective hair care routines. A unique highlight of the seminar was the free professional haircut service offered to the girls by expert hairstylists. This hands-on session not only boosted the participants’ confidence but also allowed them to learn about professional grooming techniques directly from the experts. The seminar was well-received by all attendees, who appreciated the practical and engaging approach of the sessions. It successfully combined knowledge-sharing with hands-on experiences, making it a truly memorable event.
