As part of our holistic approach to student development, we conducted mock interviews and group discussion (GD) sessions to prepare students for their future careers. These initiatives aimed to equip students with the skills and confidence required to excel in their final interviews and beyond. The mock interviews focused on behavioral aspects and critical CV enhancements, providing students with valuable insights into effectively showcasing their strengths. Simultaneously, GD sessions allowed participants to practice articulating ideas, collaborating with peers, and thinking critically under time constraints—essential skills in today’s competitive job market. Personalized feedback was offered to help students refine their communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. These efforts bridged the gap between academic learning and professional expectations, empowering students to approach placement processes with renewed confidence.
