The seminar focused on the critical importance of establishing a robust culture of Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reporting to enhance patient safety. The event aimed to educate healthcare professionals, students, and the public about the vital role pharmacovigilance plays in detecting, monitoring, and preventing adverse drug reactions. Through interactive discussions and case studies, Dr. Desai and Dr. Patel emphasized the need for timely ADR reporting and how it can help minimize risks associated with medications. Participants were encouraged to actively engage in building a strong pharmacovigilance system that prioritizes patient safety. This seminar served as a cornerstone for promoting safe medication practices and fostering a proactive approach to drug safety across healthcare sectors.
