SVEEP - GU's Election Awareness Initiative : Costume Representation Image Gallery
Organized as a part of SVEEP Election Awareness Costume Representation was a vibrant event wherein students of our department dressed as representative of various states of India, highlighting the rich cultural diversity of India. The event featured interactive session with the first-time voters, wherein they were enlightened about the importance of voting, the electoral process and the impact of elections on governance and development. It served as an engaging platform to educate new voters about their rights and responsibilities as voters, emphasizing the significance of informed and active participation in the democratic process. Through this creative and immersive approach, the event successfully fostered a deeper appreciation of the electoral system and encouraged greater voter awareness and involvement.
