The session was conducted by Alumnus of Department Mr. Kinchit Pathak who is successfully placed as Customer Success Manager at Tatvic Analytics. Session commenced with an exploration of key skills and attributes sought by employers, bridging the gap between educational experiences and workplace expectations. Speaker explained everything about the work culture, environment and etiquettes to be kept in mind while the transition which was a key factor of the session. Q&A session enabled students to seek personalized advice on specific challenges they might face during the transition. By the end of the session, participants were equipped with practical strategies, industry insights, and a heightened confidence to navigate the crucial shift from campus life to a successful career in the corporate world.
